Finance and Audit Committee

The Finance Committee is responsible for overseeing the preparation of the annual school budget, , recommends to the board the proposed fee schedule, payment terms, and priorities for future expenditures, and oversees the school’s financial reporting process.

Development Committee

The Development Committee works in coordination with the Head of School and the school’s Development Officer to oversee and direct fundraising and public relations.

Nominating & Governance Committee

The Nominating & Governance Committee is responsible for overseeing board renewal, development and assessment,  and oversee and ensure the effective functioning of the board as the governing body for the school.

Diversity Committee

The Diversity Committee is responsible for evaluating the climate of the school with regards to inclusivity and multiculturalism, and developing and implementing strategies for improvement.
